Mr. Genet is a co-founding shareholder of Genet & Martinez, PC and has 11 years of litigation experience practicing law in the Denver Metro area. He is a native New Yorker and a tenacious litigator. Over the course of the last 11 years he has successfully advocated father's rights and helped countless fathers in the community secure custody of their children. Mr. Genet has successfully litigated hundreds of family law cases ranging from divorces with little to no assets all the way through complex divorces with parties that have substantial assets and complicated custody issues. He has also litigated countless custody disputes involving allegations of physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse.

Mr. Genet's criminal defense experience includes negotiating and defending criminal cases in jury trials and trials to the court involving arson, assault, domestic violence, possession and distribution of drugs, vehicular assault, sexual assaults, sexual assaults on children, child abuse, kidnapping and attempted murder. Mr. Genet has been an active real estate investor for approximately 14 years having owned, rehabbed and managed more than 50 units in the States of Colorado, Florida, Maryland, New York and Tennessee and in Costa Rica.

As a result of his real estate activities, Mr. Genet has assisted clients with business formation decisions and forming partnerships, LLCs, C Corporations and S Corporations, business purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, real estate purchases and sales, wealth protection and privacy strategies and land trusts.
